What we need from you to make your session land — content, format, upload, and tech.
- Design for clarity. Slides should read from the back of the room.
- Minimize text. Dense copy is the #1 complaint we get. Simple, focused slides win.
- Make it memorable. Real-world examples, stories, and practical data stick.
- Lead with value. The sessions people talk about all year are the ones that teach something specific. Product pitches don't land with this audience — stay tool-neutral unless we've pre-approved otherwise.

Your main conference pass is already covered — no separate registration needed. Stop by the speaker registration desk when you arrive to pick up your credentials. Look for speaker check-in signage inside the Huntington Convention Center.
Note: Your speaker pass covers the main conference on Wednesday and Thursday. Tuesday's CMO Summit and workshops are paid add-ons and aren't included. If you'd like to purchase either, email registration@smarterx.ai and they'll get you set up.
