All breakout & main stage sessions run from our show computers, staffed by an A/V tech at the tech table in the back of the room. Your presentation is pre-loaded before you walk in — you'll advance slides with the wireless clicker.
Tuesday Workshop presenters present from your own laptop — laptop hookups are available at the podium in workshop rooms.
Need anything not on this list? Submit a custom A/V request by September 14 if it wasn't included in your speaker questionnaire.
  • Design for clarity. Slides should read from the back of the room.
  • Minimize text. Dense copy is the #1 complaint we get. Simple, focused slides win.
  • Make it memorable. Real-world examples, stories, and practical data stick.
  • Stay tool-neutral. No product pitches unless explicitly pre-approved (e.g., CustomGPTs).
  • Lead with value. Overly self-promotional sessions won't be accepted and may disqualify future opportunities.
